CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ VICKY’S STAR STYLEZ SALON POLICIES ✨ Thank you for choosing Vicky’s Star Stylez Salon! Please review the salon policies below before booking your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. --- 📅 CANCELLATION POLICY A 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled appointment service price will be charged for any cancellation made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note: Your deposit does not count toward or cover the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a separate fee from your appointment deposit. --- 🚫 SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT / NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who no-show for a scheduled appointment or fail to comply with the required payment will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the booked service. Failure to pay the full service fee will result in termination of any future bookings with Vicky’s Star Stylez Salon. --- ⏰ LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, please CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL Vicky’s Star Stylez Salon IMMEDIATELY. To respect my time and the time of my next scheduled client, a 10-minute grace period will be granted after you have notified the salon of your late arrival. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment and application of the cancellation fee, unless you contact the salon within the 10-minute grace period to reschedule your appointment. ⚠️ HABITUAL LATENESS Repeated or habitual lateness will result in termination of any future bookings with Vicky’s Star Stylez Salon. --- 💰 REFUND & DEPOSIT POLICY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless one of the specific circumstances listed below applies. Clients may reschedule their appointment for another day or choose to forfeit their deposit. Deposit refunds will ONLY be considered with proof of the following: - Uncontrollable or unforeseen health issues, such as an ER stay or serious medical emergency. - Serious car accidents. - Legal obligations. - Death of an immediate family member, including a parent, sibling, spouse, or child. ✨ SERVICE SATISFACTION If you are unhappy with a service rendered, you must give the stylist an opportunity to correct the issue before requesting a refund. You have the day of your appointment or the following day to return to the salon and have the issue addressed. If you refuse to allow the stylist the opportunity to correct the service, you will automatically forfeit any refund of services. If you return to have the service corrected by the stylist and the result still does not meet the style you were going for, ONLY THEN will you receive a full refund of the service. --- ⭐ THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VICKY’S STAR STYLEZ!
