VICKYāS STAR STYLEZ SALON POLICIESĀ Cancelation Policy: I charge a 50% of your appointment service fee for any CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. DEPOSIT DOES NOT COUNT FOR OR TOWARDS CANCELLATION FEE. CANCELLATION FEE IS ITS OWN FEE. Same Day Appointment No Show Policy: I charge the FULL AMOUNT of your BOOKED SERVICEĀ FEEĀ failure to comply with FULL SERVICE FEE PAYMENT CHARGE results in TERMINATION any future bookings with Vicky's Star Stylez Salon Late to Appointment Policy: If you are aware your going to be late CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL Vicky's Star Stylez Salon IMMEDIATELY As it Extremely unfair to MY TIME AND NEXT CLIENT scheduled I only grant a 10 min grace periodĀ after notification of late arrival...ANY LATER THEN 10 MINS TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT RESULTS IN CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT WITH CANCELLATION FEE APPLIEDĀ UNLESS YOU CALLED TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE 10 MINS OFĀ GRACE PERIOD. Ā CLIENT HABITUAL LATENESS will result in TERMINATION OF ANY FUTURE BOOKINGSĀ Refund Policy: DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE [UNLESS THE FOLLOWING REASONS LIST BELOW APPLY TO YOU] YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY OR FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT ALL TOGETHER! DEPOSIT REFUNDS will ONLY be GRANTED with PROOF of the following.. - uncontrollable/ unforeseen health issues [I.E. ER Stay, Serious Car Accidents, or Legal Obligations]Ā - Death of Immediate Family Member [ I.E. PARENTS, SIBLING, SPOUSE, CHILDREN] -Ā Unhappy with services rendered YOU MUST GIVE THE STYLIST THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX THE PROBLEM REFUSAL OF THESE TERMS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT ANY REFUND OF SERVICES. YOU HAVE THE DAY OF APPOINTMENTĀ OR 1 DAY AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TO COME BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM..If you came to back fix the service with the stylist but still it didn't meet the style you were going for ONLY THEN WILL YOU RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF SERVICES.
